A message dated June 20, 2014, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
      FREE CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 23                                                                                  
      "An Act relating to the Department of Transportation and Public                                                           
      Facilities; relating to the Knik Arm Bridge and Toll Authority;                                                           
      relating to construction of the Knik Arm bridge and appurtenant                                                           
      facilities; relating to toll bridge revenue bonds; establishing the                                                       
      Knik Arm construction fund, the toll bridge revenue fund, the toll                                                        
      bridge revenue bond redemption fund, and the toll bridge revenue                                                          
      bond reserve fund; relating to powers and duties of the state bond
